My name is Stephannie, I placed a large order with Chicken
Shack for our company lunch. I was extremely pleased with the
service I received! I showed up 20 minutes early and the staff was
courteous and understanding! A gentleman helped me take the food to
my car and thanked me for the order. When I arrived at my building,
I opened up the food and it was still steaming because it was
packaged so carefully and precise! Everyone in the office was
entirely satisfied with there lunch, I will order from the Chicken
Shack in St Clair Shores again! I appreciate all the hard work that
went into providing the excellent food I received! Good Job Guys!

I just wanted to say as a LONG time customer, that Chicken at Chicken
Shack is my favorite place for chicken! (and OH!, those broasted
potatoes--YUM!) The food is always fresh and tasty, and most
importantly HOT! I have visited, (and frequented) several of your
restaurants, (GPW, SCS, and now Warren, since I moved there.) and I
have NEVER had a bad meal! I usually go to the 11mile/Ryan restaurant,
but at ALL of them, everyone is always friendly, and courteous, and
the value is sensational! I also like the added bonuses you have when
celebrating an anniversary or something. You pass it along to your
customers, and that's just something that a lot of places don't do
anymore. Thanks Chicken Shack, and I hope you are still going strong
for 50 MORE years!!

When I
was young, my Dad would work late nights, often returning home at
11:00PM or later. I would struggle to stay up, hoping Dad would come
home with a chicken dinner as he often did and I would beg, barter and
promise the world for that chicken leg, which I generally received!
I’m sure Dad was hopeful we were all sleeping! Today I’m 48 years
young and Chicken Shack is our preferred chicken and cod restaurant of
choice. We just ordered a 100 piece chicken shack for a graduation
party!

Greetings:
Here in Las Vegas, we have just about everything. But no Chicken Shack
and I really miss the place. My memories of the Woodward store go back
to when the menu read Harold's Chicken Shack by Ann. And for many
years, I never had a bad meal from the Shack.
Now it has been almost five years of Shack withdrawal. Glad to see the
business is going strong.

Since the early 1960's, my parents would occasionally purchase a tub of chicken with rolls, potatoes and
Cole slaw from your establishment on 11 mile road in Royal Oak. Till this day, they still do. Your chicken
dinners have always been great. At times when I visit my parents, we will order from your store on 11mile road.
Being I live in Casco Twp now, just outside the city limits of Richmond, the nearest store to me is in New Baltimore approximately 12 miles away. I hope someday that we might have a store in the Richmond area.
